NYFW Spring 2012 Part 1 Badgley Mischka

So last week was New york fashion week. I was super excited to be able to attend some shows, considering my uber busy schedule. Ordinary fashionistas attended the Michael Angel, Badley Mischka, Tadashi Shoji and VlOV-QingQing Wu runway shows.

This is what I wore (Dress-vintage belt-vintage)

First off is the Badgley Mischka Show. Mark Badgley and James Mischka were inspired by old movies, particularly the 50's. I especially enjoyed the pairing of bold colored clothing with simple boldly colored shoes. This season is all about the celebration of color, bows, brocade and shimmer. Loved it all.

I had some technical difficulties with the camera and all the clapping, but after awhile I got the hang of things, so please excuse the shaking. Hence why I also provided an awesome youtube clip.

Below are some of my favorite looks. Enjoy!!!
